Time Line

Wednesday before the show or when convenient inventory the judges' boxes and purchase items needed.
This will include: rubber bands, band aids, pencil, paper clips, small scissors, hand sanitizers note paper, hard candies.

Coordinate with Hospitality food items you will need. This includes candy, drinks & ice.
Day of Show

Get table cloths for each table, place judge's box, white baskets with hard candy and hand sanitizer at each ring.
9 tables for conformation, 3 tables for rally/obedience, 4 tables for superintendent. Superintendent has a small white overlay with the club logo.
Need members to help

Might want an assistant to drive electric cart and set up tables. Tables have to be ready by 7:30 am (Show begins at 8:00 am)

Will need to have personal electric cart to delver food and judges to rings.

Get Walkie Talkie from MB-F.

Have cell numbers of show personnel.

Have plenty of paper towels to dry tables and chairs in the morning.
